My Grundig Blender exchange not accepted by Amazon

I bought a Grundig blender set from Amazon last month, and after it malfunctioned once and I sent it back for an exchange, I was shocked to discover that the warehouse had rejected the exchange and the product was still listed on Amazon. After speaking with several customer service representatives, I was informed that the complaint had been forwarded to the warehouse but that no action had been taken. It's difficult for me to believe that this is how Amazon conducts business in Turkey. I condemn Amazon for its lack of customer commitment and failure to respond to complaints in a timely manner. I require an immediate response from Amazon in order to resolve this issue. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, I will be forced to file a lawsuit.
