My Amazon Payment Issue Has Not Been Resolved

Although I selected the six-installment option for my March 3, 2023 Amazon Turkey order number 408-1985148-4612322 totaling 33.933.40 Turkish Lira, it was collected from the bank in three installments and a payment plan was established. I was informed via Amazon's live chat that the error would be resolved within 48 hours. Then I waited 48 hours, but my issue was still unresolved, so when I called again and received information, I was directed to the bank, with the explanation that the bank was responsible for the issue and that they had transmitted the payment in six installments. When I contacted the bank a second time, they informed me that the installment had been transmitted as three installments and that they were unable to intervene. The bank I was shopping with was Vakıfbank. I contacted Amazon once more and informed them that I had received this response from the bank. I was informed that due to a systemic error, there is nothing they can do about the fact that you encountered a problem because you ordered two items at the same time. But there was a 5,655.60 TL X 6 payment option when I was paying, and it still appears this way when I view my orders. It was stated that I may return the item if I so choose; however, if I return it, the amount of 11,311 TL that the bank received as the initial payment will be credited to me over the course of three payments. My funds will remain in the bank despite the fact that I have received no service. I informed them that I would be victimized by every proposed solution, but they stated that there was nothing they could do. I am currently a victim, and I want Amazon, one of the largest companies in the world, to end my victimization. Although there are numerous sites with comparable prices, I trusted Amazon and completed my purchase there. I want Amazon to resolve my victimization rather than my having to engage in legal proceedings.
