On May 6, 2023, I used my Amazon Turkey account to buy a pair of sports shoes. Due to the fact that it came from another country, the estimated delivery time was 9–12 days. After 8 days, I went to my Amazon account and saw a message on the Orders page that said, "You haven't placed any orders in the last 3 months." In other words, my credit card had been charged for the product I had ordered, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Even though it was hard, I was able to report my problem to customer service through a chat on amazon.com.tr. But they said they couldn't do anything because they couldn't see the order. "Amazon" is listed as the recipient of the payment that was taken from my card, and I even sent them a screenshot as proof. Still, no one seems to be talking about it. It's hard to understand how a company like Amazon can be so slow to respond. I want Amazon Turkey to tell me what's going on and find a solution.
