My Amazon Order Not Delivered

The shipment with code 404-8282970-9186726 from Amazon received on 14.11.2023, has been held at the Kolay Gelsin operation center since 15.11.2023. Despite daily notifications claiming the cargo is out for distribution with promised same-day delivery, it hasn't arrived. Why is my appointment-based, one-day delivery product being delayed? Despite reporting my urgent complaint to both Amazon and Kolay Gelsin, given the fragility of the electronic product, a solution hasn't been provided. I urgently demand delivery.
