I placed an order on October 26, and my product cleared customs on November 4. It was handed over to the courier company "Kolay Gelsin," but I never received any notification or update. Amazon.com.tr also shows no progress or delivery details for my order.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and updates regarding my shipment. I expect Amazon to address this issue immediately, provide a clear status update, and ensure that my product is delivered without further delay.
