I bought an HP laptop from Amazon on December 22, 2023. The tracking number is 'BA921375'. Kolay Gelsin, the courier company, told me that I would receive it the next day. But when I went to get my package the next day, they told me that my order had arrived. However, since I didn't have a 'delivery code,' they couldn't give me the product. I tried to reach out to Amazon, but since they don't have a customer service phone number, I felt completely helpless.
The online support services within the app were turned off, and the 'Call Me' option wasn't functioning. After I sent an email, they eventually called me as a last option. They said that because of the busy New Year period, my code would arrive tomorrow at the latest. When I didn't receive the code yet, I sent another email. This time, they said to 'Get in touch with the shipping company.' I contacted the courier and they said, "We don't have a delivery code application. You should talk to Amazon." But, Amazon is not here. They either don't reply to emails or just tell me to 'get in touch with the delivery company.' I bought something and it's been 10 days, but I haven't received a refund yet because I haven't returned the product and I still don't have the delivery code.
I just bought something on Amazon for the first time, and it's not going well. I can't find a customer service department where I can share my concerns. I need the delivery code sent to me ASAP or a refund to my account if I'm returning the product.
