Amazon Failed to Deliver My Orders on Time Despite Multiple Promises
On 21.10.2024, I placed an order with tracking numbers BB2431204 and BB2431205 (Kolaygelsin Cargo Company). Despite receiving a confirmation on 22.10.2024 that it would be delivered within 1 hour if I was at the address, the package has still not been delivered. According to live tracking, it was dropped off at a location approximately 200 meters from my address but was never brought to me. Even though I spoke with an Amazon customer representative and was told that it would be delivered on 22.10.2024 and would be out for delivery, when I called Kolaygelsin later in the afternoon, I was informed that the product had not even been sent out for delivery.
Firstly, despite being an Amazon Prime member, your “delivered within 24 hours” slogan is completely misleading and deceptive to consumers. I declare that I will exercise all my legal rights, while reserving all of my rights in this matter. I have recordings of my conversations with both Amazon and Kolaygelsin customer service representatives. I have canceled my Amazon Prime membership, and I will no longer shop with this so-called global company. Despite contacting customer service today, I have still not received a tracking SMS or link regarding my package.
Today is October 27th, and my package is still not here. They said they would deliver it on October 28th. We will see what happens.
