Amazon Prime Service Concept Is Getting Worse


Hello, I ordered 10 ballpoint pens with the order number 403-5268538-4464326 from Amazon on 07.06.2024 with the Prime next-day delivery service concept. The payment was deducted from my card in one go for the total amount of 10 pens, 755.37.-TL. Amazon Cargo company Kolay Gelsin delayed the delivery by not delivering the product the next day. I called Amazon customer service. I explained the situation. They said they could not do anything, so I said cancel the order. They canceled the order. The problems continued to multiply. The refund payment of the canceled order is made one by one. While completing the order, the amount that was withdrawn in one go was divided into 10 parts in the refund and started to be refunded. I want the situation to be investigated, the error to be corrected and the fee that was taken in one go to be paid in one go. Amazon Turkey
