My Amazon Account Has Been Stolen And I Cannot Access It

Unfortunately, my Amazon account has been hacked, and I have no idea how long someone else has had control over it. Unfortunately, my email address is correct, but someone disappointingly managed to take over my account, despite all the two-factor authentications. They linked it to their phone number, and now I can't even access my own account. I'm so disappointed. I've been trying tirelessly to reach Amazon customer service, but unfortunately, it's nearly impossible to get through or establish any form of communication. It's quite disappointing that Amazon, a giant in the industry, could have such a glaring security vulnerability.
