Amazon Canceled My Samsung S24 Ultra Order Twice and I Can't Get My Gift Card Refund

I loaded money into my Amazon gift card balance to buy a Samsung S24 Ultra phone from Amazon. After loading enough money, I placed the order, but then I saw that my order was canceled. They said the reason was that someone else might have accessed my account. They asked me to change my password and activate two-factor authentication, which I did. Even though I placed the order at my address, they canceled it again without a valid reason. If there’s an issue like this, why don’t you call me and ask, "Did you place this order?" You cancel the order without even notifying me. On top of that, you've raised the price of the product I was going to order, causing me even more trouble. Since it's a gift card balance, I can't get my money back. I’m really fed up with this. I left Hepsiburada because of their low service quality and switched to Amazon, but it turns out Amazon has no quality either. How did you even grow so big when you can't manage a simple order? Even new e-commerce sites do a much better job than you.
