Missing Stone Causes Amazon Yursikax Ring To Be Unsatisfactory

I purchased a wedding ring from Yursikax via Amazon around February 3, 2026. Less than two weeks after receiving the product, the stone fell out of the ring, which is completely unacceptable for a new item that should be durable and suitable for daily use. After noticing the problem, I contacted customer service, and I was told that I needed to complete additional steps, instead of being offered a clear and straightforward solution for such a short-term defect. As a result, the ring is still in the same condition as when the stone fell out and is unusable. Considering that the stone fell out in such a short time, I clearly regard this as a quality issue. I request that a new replacement ring of the same model be provided to me as soon as possible, without any extra charge or further inconvenience.
