Amazon Hasn't Shipped The Product For Two Months

I purchased a watch from Amazon last year, and when it needed servicing, I took it to the Evofone service center. They informed me that the watch would require replacement. However, they couldn't proceed with the replacement process because the serial number was not listed on the invoice. They recommended that I reach out to Amazon for assistance. On July 11th, I returned the product to Amazon due to the reported issue. They assured me that my watch would be returned to me once the problem was resolved. However, as of September 4th, I have neither received my watch nor received any communication regarding the resolution of this matter. I am eagerly awaiting a prompt resolution.
