Lost Picnic Chairs at Amazon
I ordered four picnic chairs from Amazon, and they were supposed to be delivered on July 26. Unfortunately, only three chairs arrived, and the blue one was missing. To make matters worse, I used my Garanti Bonus to pay for the fourth chair and complete the payment of 500 TL. Now, Amazon is suggesting cancellation and re-shipping, but I fear I'll lose my Garanti Bonus if I cancel. The worst part is that the whereabouts of the missing chair are unknown. Despite making three calls, two of which were escalated, I haven't gotten any resolution. The shipping company involved is "Kolay Gelsin," and the tracking number is AA4407374. The seller is Amazon. This ordeal has left me frustrated and anxious, with no clarity on when or if I'll get the missing chair or my Bonus back. Amazon needs to address this issue promptly and compensate for its poor service and lack of communication.
