On June 23rd, I purchased the Logitech G Pro X Wireless Lightspeed Gaming Headset from Amazon for a total of 2,602.31 TL, including taxes, with a 6-month interest-free installment plan. Initially, the estimated delivery date was set between July 24th and July 27th, but it was later revised to July 11th to July 17th. On June 29th, I received a notification stating that my order, which was supposed to be in installments, was mistakenly charged in a single payment. Amazon provided a mere 50 TL gift voucher as compensation, but I decided not to cancel the order to avoid further delays. In July, my order was still not shipped, so I contacted customer service, and they assured me not to worry, stating the delivery would be within July 11th to July 17th. However, the real nightmare began after this. On July 7th, I received a notification stating that my order was canceled due to technical issues. During this time, the US Dollar surged, and technological products received price hikes, which impacted my canceled order. Now, the same item costs 3,797.67 TL + 721.21 TL Import Deposit, totaling 4,518.88 TL, and they even closed sales of the product in Turkey. I've been explaining my situation to Amazon customer service for two weeks, but to no avail. I decided to share my experience here. I requested them to provide me with the product at my initial purchase price of 2,602.31 TL, but they didn't offer any solution. In the end, my order was canceled nearly 20 days after purchase due to reasons beyond my control, and on top of that, they hiked the price, leaving me in a state of distress. I never expected such a disappointment from Amazon. I hope they rectify this unfortunate situation.
