Lost Package and Terrible Customer Service From Amazon
I ordered a laptop from Amazon on July 17, 2023. They claimed to have delivered the package on July 19, 2023, but that's when the nightmare began with a relatively unknown shipping company called "Kolay Gelsin," a subsidiary of Ekol Logistics. I had no idea they existed, and now I wish I hadn't. Despite being at home on July 20, 2023, they incorrectly marked the delivery as "recipient not available." I rescheduled for the following day, but they did not appear. My package has been stuck at their warehouse since then (as of July 27, 2023). Every time I call, I have to wait half an hour to be connected, only to have their customer service representative named "Sila" hang up on me, blaming "high call volumes." At this point, I've lost faith in Amazon and any company affiliated with them. This shipping disaster and terrible customer service have convinced me that I will never buy from them again.
