I placed an order for some stuff on Amazon on July 16, 2023, and they said it should be here by July 20. Look now, it's July 23 and my package is still MIA. It's so nor what they should be doing, there's like zero tracking updates, so I have no clue where my package is in the delivery process. when I hit up Amazon for help, they were like, "Just chill for 24 hours and we'll totally fix it." But, like, I've been waiting forever and still haven't heard anything about my order. Trying to reach the delivery service by phone has been a total waste of time, tried so many times, but it's like they're impossible to reach. It's been days since I placed my order, and honestly, I feel so helpless and totally victimized by this whole thing. I used to trust Amazon for their super quick deliveries, but what now? They need to give me the service and accountability I deserve as their customer.
