Gift Card Disappeared, Amazon Account Suspended

I bought a gift card from Amazon.com, but my account was suspended, and I never received the gift card. This was my first time using Amazon based on a recommendation, and I've only had regrets. There is currently no information on when the gift card will be delivered or whether I will be refunded. What's more aggravating is the lack of live support or customer service. I'm left in the dark, wondering if Amazon.com will ever respond. This first experience with Amazon.com has been disappointing. It's disheartening to put your trust in a platform only to be let down by account suspension and a lack of communication when problems arise. I'm hoping for clarity and a resolution soon, but for the time being, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied.
