Amazon Ongoing Issue with Tax Address and Registration Number

Amazon.com.tr has issued incorrect invoices by mixing up the address and tax registration number. This issue occurred in a total of 6 orders, and I have been in communication regarding this process since April. Customer service representatives say there is nothing they can do. They are openly implying that I should give up and that this issue will not be resolved.
Each customer service representative has a different approach to the issue - some say it will be resolved, others say to wait, and some even suggest not to bother. When the invoices arrived incorrectly, it was stated that they would be corrected when I first contacted them, so the products were either used or given as gifts. Despite this, after months had passed, a representative, in a rather rude manner, told me to return the products. Each representative behaves in a unique way.
Since there are no invoices for the products I purchased for my company, expense records cannot be made, and Amazon.com.tr has not taken any steps to correct this for 4 months. They do not provide any feedback on the issue. By not providing a positive/negative response, they leave the issue unresolved. Amazon is disadvantaging me by not providing any support regarding invoice issues. If you have an invoice expectation, I recommend not choosing Amazon.
