I purchased a product from your website, only to have the order cancelled shortly after. I called customer service and was informed that the product would eventually be restocked and that I would receive the price difference. I followed through with this process and re-ordered the product when it was back in stock. When the product arrived, I called customer service again to confirm the promised price difference. To my surprise, I was told that I would only receive half of it in the form of a gift card. I reluctantly agreed to this arrangement. However, now it seems that even this agreement has not been honored, as I have not received the promised compensation. I am deeply disturbed by this situation, as the words of four different customer representatives have proven to be worthless. It is unacceptable for a company the size of Amazon to engage in such dishonest and misleading practices. I will be sending this issue to the Turkish Consumer Protection Authority (THH) and filing a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, and hope that Amazon will take steps to prevent such issues from happening in the future.
