Amazon's Slow Exchange Policy for Damaged Goods

On August 1st, I purchased an Einhell cordless screwdriver from Amazon Turkey, and it arrived the next day, as is customary. However, because the product had a balance issue, I requested an exchange and returned it. The process became clear on August 8 after the cargo process was approved for the change, and a new product shipment was accepted. However, there has been no shipping since that day, and I have spoken with customer service representatives every other day during this process. "You can cancel this product and shop again if you wish; I sent the urgency form for it to be shipped as soon as possible, the senior manager talked to the warehouse department, and it will be sent, it will be shipped within 72 hours, the warehouse section is bustling," I was told repeatedly. Furthermore, the price of the product increased significantly after I purchased it; why should I have to pay more to buy it again? As a result, it is unacceptable and a source of dissatisfaction for a company that can deliver the product the next day after the purchase to prolong the exchange process for so long! I demand that a solution be found as soon as possible.
