Amazon Shopping Site Causes Return Problems

Amazon Türkiye's insensitivity towards post-purchase issues is frustrating. I purchased an Einhell TP-CD 18/50 Li-i bl-Solo Cordless Impact Driver [₺1,885.00], which turned out to be defective. After receiving a replacement with the exact same defect (what a coincidence!), I decided to return it. I also returned the Einhell 18V 4.0 Ah PXC Starter Kit [₺1,590.00], which I bought to use with the tool, since it was no longer useful to me. Everything seemed fine until the refund process started. Although I received a notification that both items were refunded, only the payment for the Einhell TP-CD 18/50 Li-i bl-Solo [₺1,885.00] was actually processed. The refund for the Einhell 18V 4.0 Ah PXC Starter Kit [₺1,590.00] was not issued. When I contacted customer service through the site, the representative didn't bother to check the refund details and simply stated that the payment of ₺1,885.00 had been made. Further emails explaining the situation have gone unanswered, leaving me without a proper channel for resolution.
June 23, 2024, I am not receiving any responses to my emails, there are no other communication options, I am waiting for tomorrow. If we cannot establish contact, I will begin the legal process starting with the consumer arbitration board.
