I Cannot Cancel My Amazon Order, Waiting for a Response from the Seller
I am unable to cancel an item I purchased from Amazon. I purchased the item and wanted to cancel it one day later. When I clicked on cancel, it said "Cancelling item". Five days later, it still said "Cancelling item". Then, I contacted customer service on Monday. The person I spoke to said that he/she had written to the seller and that if the seller did not cancel within 48 hours, I should come back on Wednesday and they would do what was necessary. Today, which is Wednesday evening, I contacted them again. They said that the seller had not responded, so they could not do anything. They said that the estimated delivery date is December 9th, so I should contact them again then. They are pushing the date forward day by day like a government hospital. When I asked why they told me to come back on Wednesday, they said "Well, the seller's response time is 48 hours, so that's what the friend said." In other words, they said they would stall me for 48 hours and I would wait like a cake. Dear Amazon, we used to say that you have a customer experience that is above Turkish standards. You have quickly adapted to Turkish conditions. This is not appropriate. From now on, I will think 40 times before placing an order. Thank you.
