Amazon's Blacklist Troubles Me, They Misunderstan Customer Needs and Rejects Automatically
Amazon is putting loyal customers on a "blacklist" because they don't understand "the needs of a single household." This is getting out of hand. Also, the fact that their automated system clicks the "we have reviewed your order and the cancellation decision is final" message without doing a proper and thorough check, which is overseen by rude and careless "account specialists," makes the problem even worse. Children can only go to school online during the pandemic, and I ended up on this blacklist because I put together computer parts for family and friends, which is something I'm good at. Sadly, getting off of this blacklist has not been possible. Even buying a tablet screen or computer case fans for a 9-year-old child is seen as a business transaction by Amazon, so there is no way to write a fair review. Because the review process is self-auditing, the mistakes made by this unit can't be looked at by higher-ups or administrators. It looks like this troublesome authority doesn't care that Amazon is losing customers it used to have. If that weren't the case, you'd think Amazon would do thorough studies and, if needed, use updates to get a new look at how customers behave. The problem for Amazon is that the "account specialist" doesn't take responsibility for anything. This is what all of these long, repeated customer complaints are really about. If I can figure out how, I will try to get this random Amazon practice looked into by everyone. Amazon's relevant unit should's main job be to carefully tell the difference between legal and illegal activities. We're only asking for this, nothing else. Merchants and traders are not who I am. It's clear from the number and variety of categories in my orders, but is anyone willing to take the time to look over this and agree with me?
During the elapsed time, Amazon didn't even make any extra effort to understand. During this period, I realized that I could meet all my shopping needs with suppliers other than Amazon. So, what Amazon taught me is that "I am not that dependent on Amazon" and that developing alternatives is actually easier than I thought. I'm not sure if I should thank them for that.
Till now, nobody from Amazon TRY to understand or analyze the situation. What the time past teached me is that ı actually can forward my shopping needs to other alternatives and it possible for me live with Amazon Alternatives. Should ı say thanks for that or not, ı don't know.
