'AI' Ruined My Amazon Account And No Customer Support Cared!

I just bought a rare product from Amazon, but they canceled it. I contacted customer support, and they told me their "AI" system decided I was a seller, hence the cancellation. I explained that my order history proves I make such purchases only 2-3 times a year, but they insisted only "AI" can resolve it. Basically, no one seems to care, and I can't place any orders. Customer support suggested creating a new account, but I don't want to lose my order history. If they don't fix this, I'll cancel my Prime membership and my Amazon account. Beware of this issue and don't trust Amazon blindly.
