Amazon Prime Member Locked Out of Shopping, Charged Unjustly

I bought 10 bottles of liquid hand soap on Amazon.com.tr about six months ago as part of a 'Buy More, Pay Less' promotion. However, following these purchases, I encountered a strange problem with my Amazon.com.tr account and credit card. They barred me from making any additional purchases, claiming that I was reselling the items I had purchased, effectively accusing me of running a business. I am a Prime member who pays a monthly fee of 39.50 TL, which is automatically deducted from my credit card. But, strangely, I'm not permitted to shop! I was so frustrated that I closed my account and created a new one. Today, I attempted to make another purchase, this time for shampoo as part of a 'Buy 4, Get 3 Free' promotion. However, as soon as I paid, my order was canceled. I even tried another credit card and got the same result. After speaking with an Amazon.com.tr customer service representative, I discovered that many customers are experiencing this problem, which is supposedly a system issue that will be resolved soon. However, after six months of waiting, I'm beginning to lose hope in a solution. Furthermore, they deducted 39.50 TL from my card without my knowledge. I'm a Prime member, but I won't be able to enjoy the benefits while my frustration grows.
