Amazon Türkiye is Unfair To Its Customers
I had a problem with the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1 Multi-System Gaming headset I bought from Amazon, about 1 month after purchasing it. One of the headphones came off. On the same night, I contacted Amazon through customer service and started the return process, and also sent a message to the manufacturer, taking a photo of the problem. A few days later, the company stated that the product was due to an error in the production line and that I could initiate the return process if desired, which I had already initiated. However, although it has been about a month and a half and I have contacted Amazon customer service many times, they said that the experts in the warehouse examined the product and that it was due to a usage error, that they cannot refund the money, and that they will send the product back (will it arrive as I sent it?). I wonder how one can trust Amazon Turkey, which keeps me busy for days, deals with customer representatives who do not have sufficient knowledge and cannot even contact the manufacturer and get information about the product. I do not find this approach that damages customer trust right and I am sharing this to make people be careful.
Thanks to Jetklik company's correct, satisfaction-oriented, and problem-solving approach, a refund was issued in response to Amazon Turkey's attitude, which is far from solving problems and customer satisfaction.
