Amazon Does Not Send The Product I Purchased!


Hello, I purchased SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 Wireless model headphones from Amazon on 02.05.2024. What was stated to me at the time of purchase was that the headset would reach me within 10 days. Even though it has been more than 1 week, the product I purchased is listed as "Order Received". I talked to customer representatives. They told me that the order is stuck and it is not possible to get a date regarding when the cargo will be delivered. When I met with another representative 2 days ago, he stated that there would be an improvement regarding the shipment of the product within 48 hours, but a different representative stated that it was not possible to provide such information and that I was misinformed. Since I purchased the product in 9 installments at the time of purchase, unfortunately, even if Amazon deposits the money in full, I am paid in 9 installments because I received the statement. It tells me that I have no choice but to cancel the product and that the product will either be returned or kept for a long time. I'm stuck in between. I do not know what to do. Amazon does not provide any support. I will not shop again, I ask anyone who wants to do so to think twice. Kind regards.
