Amazon Won’t Refund My Defective SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5 Headphones Immediately
I bought the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5 Wireless Headphones on Amazon, but Despec, the official service centre, said the product was defective. Even so, Amazon told me I have to wait 30 days, and if the product doesn’t get restocked, that’s when they’ll issue a refund. It's disappointing that a big company like Amazon can't provide a replacement for such an expensive product or come up with a quick fix. Having to wait a whole month with no guarantee of getting a replacement or a refund seems really unfair. I thought Amazon would deal with this problem better and take responsibility since their authorised service confirmed the product was defective.
