Amazon Turkey Canceled My Gift Card (50 Turkish Liras)

I'm absolutely stunned by Amazon Turkey. They canceled my purchase due to a bank-related issue and confiscated a 50 TL voucher I used for that purchase. I couldn't believe it! The mighty Amazon just seized my 50 TL voucher. I reached out to Amazon via email and phone to have it reinstated, but they told me it was burnt. I was appalled and utterly shocked. This isn't what I expected from Amazon. If I had canceled the order myself, I could understand the voucher being voided, but it's unfathomable that my coupon is going up in smoke because of a sudden banking problem that wasn't my fault. Amazon's actions are disappointing. Every other website reinstates vouchers for non-customer-initiated cancellations, but Amazon has let me down. I'll never shop with Amazon again. I'm even preparing to file a complaint with their headquarters in the US.
