Amazon Delayed My Refund Due to Slow Warehouse Processes
I'm really not comfortable with the recent changes Amazon.com has made to their return process. What was once a smooth and effective process has now turned into an unreasonably lengthy one. After deciding to return a product, the package arrives at Amazon promptly, but because of warehouse delays, the return process may now take as long as 14 days. This results in an uncomfortable delay and suggests that prioritizing customer satisfaction has taken a backseat. The process used to be faster and simpler. It appears that Amazon is shifting towards the slower methods seen on other shopping platforms in Turkey, which is quite disappointing. I hope they rethink this change and restore the quicker, more effective system that users valued.
I understand that Amazon has now become like a third-party seller; customer satisfaction has been relegated to second place on an e-commerce site. In that case, we will terminate our membership!
