Amazon Sent Faulty, Defective, Torn Product

I have a problem with almost every product I buy from Amazon. All of them were damaged, including the books we bought in my previous account. In my previous orders, the lunch box I bought was stained and the zipper was broken. My order, which was delivered today, was wrapped in a piece of paper and there are tears in the product. Since I bought it as a gift, the process takes a long time every time. This is how I was victimized in preschool again. This is really not a good situation for your company. Customer service is very difficult to reach. When I explained the situation, they said that they needed to talk to the seller, but they did not solve the problem. I know how to create a refund, but who will fix my grievance? It is very difficult to find the same product, the return process is very long. I demand that the product be exchanged and that a solid and perfect product be sent to me. It is absurd that such a product is even on sale in this way.
