Amazon's Deceptive Exchange Process

I have a problem with almost every product I buy from Amazon. All of them were damaged, including the books we bought in my previous account. In my previous orders, the lunch box I bought was stained and the zipper was broken. My order, which was delivered today, was wrapped in a piece of paper and there are tears in the product.
