Amazon TR Delayed My Order Despite Charging Extra Fees

I ordered a computer, a mouse, and another device from Amazon.com.tr for a total of over 45,000 liras. Upon completing the order, I selected a paid shipping option for next-day delivery. However, despite showing a Saturday delivery date, it was rescheduled for Monday. I attempted to contact customer service but couldn't reach them. Amazon.com.tr's conduct, especially for my first shopping experience with them, left me disappointed. I'm reconsidering future purchases from them. Keep your promises, Amazon.com.tr.
