Amazon Changed My Next Day Delivery Date and Gave Excuses
Be careful when shopping on Amazon.com.tr. Even if a product is listed as "Shipped by Amazon, next-day delivery," the delivery date can suddenly change without notice. Customer service brushes off complaints with generic excuses like high demand. If next-day delivery is not guaranteed, don’t advertise it and mislead customers while favoring other sellers. I chose Amazon over a cheaper seller because of the promised next-day delivery, only to have the delivery date pushed back by several days. When I reached out to customer service, they simply repeated scripted responses instead of offering a real solution. If I had known this in advance, I would have ordered from another seller and saved money. Amazon's reliability in Turkey seems to be getting worse, and this experience has made me reconsider future purchases.
