Amazon Steel Thermos - Shipping and Customs Issues

I purchased a steel thermos from Amazon for a total of 597.00 TL, including shipping and customs. The product was supposed to be sent from abroad, but it's been a week and the seller withdrew it from shipment. I was informed by Amazon representatives that an issue occurred and was instructed to repurchase the item. Subsequently, when I tried to buy the same product from Amazon's official website, the cost was quoted at 1,396 TL due to the recipient-paid shipping fee. My shopping experience on Amazon.com.tr was a complete disappointment. I am requesting a resolution for the inconvenience I have faced.
