Despite being in the year 2023, I am still encountering issues with the accuracy of shipping arrival times. If it’s not possible to deliver within one day, I urge you to refrain from making such promises. This issue is reminiscent of the miscalculations that were happening even a decade ago with Windows XP. It’s perplexing that a company of Amazon’s stature in the e-commerce industry cannot uphold its basic commitment to delivery times. I recently paid an additional 200₺ in anticipation of your promised delivery time, only to be sorely disappointed. This situation has not only cost me extra money but has also shattered my trust in Amazon’s reliability as a service provider. I expected better from a company that has grown to be the largest e-trade platform. This experience has been a grave mistake on my part as a loyal customer. I hope that Amazon takes immediate steps to rectify these issues and reestablishes its credibility in terms of delivery commitments.
