Amazon Delivery Delay and Customer Dissatisfaction


On March 6, 2024, I made a purchase of 3 items from Amazon.com.tr, with a promised delivery date of March 8, 2024. However, despite multiple contacts with Amazon customer representatives claiming various excuses such as "on the way," "arrived," or "out for delivery," I was ultimately told that the issue lay with the shipping company, absolving themselves of responsibility. Isn't Amazon known for its extensive logistics system in e-commerce? In my last conversation, they apologized and informed me that the items would be shipped by March 12-13, as shown in the attached image. Amazon.com.tr praised worldwide for its punctuality and supply capacity, has left me waiting and disregarded customer satisfaction. Think twice before making a purchase.
