I Received a Damaged Bioderma Sunscreen from Amazon but Still Haven’t Gotten My Refund

I ordered a Bioderma sunscreen from Amazon.com.tr, but it arrived damaged—completely burst open and leaking. I immediately initiated a return, and Amazon instructed me to send the product back, which I did. However, it’s been 14 days, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Every single day, I’ve contacted customer service, only to be given contradictory and misleading information.
At first, they told me the refund would be issued four days after they received the product. That didn’t happen. Then they said, “You’ll receive your money back on July 21st.” Again, nothing. Next, they told me it would be processed on July 23rd. Still, no refund. Today, I was told to wait until August 11th—nearly a full month later. This is unacceptable.
I’ve been shopping online for years, and I’ve never experienced this kind of delay or runaround. All I want is a prompt refund for a product that was delivered in a clearly unusable condition. Amazon needs to step up, honor its return policies, and process my refund immediately. I’m extremely disappointed in how this issue has been handled.

Hesabım niye kapandı ücret iadesi niye yapılmıyor anlamıyorum. 1019 tl lik lik ücret iademi istiyorum. Benim hesapımı neye dayanarak kapatıldı neden yetkili biri yok
