I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction with Amazon for failing to deliver my shipment on the promised day. Although I can appreciate the possibility of unavoidable setbacks, the fact that my package still hadn't arrived on the third day was a major letdown. It's unacceptable that the same-day delivery guarantee isn't being kept by the company. Customers should be free to select the logistics provider they prefer, in my opinion. That we have to go with a company that falls short of our standards is not right.
