Horrible Amazon Delivery - Lego Arrived In A Grocery Bag

I ordered a Lego set from Amazon Turkey, from an Amazon seller no less, and it arrived to me in an unbelievably horrible condition. The box was torn, randomly taped over, and the pieces inside were thrown into a grocery bag. What kind of carelessness, what kind of disrespect is this? On top of that, this product was a gift! It is absolutely unacceptable, truly mind-boggling, for a Lego purchased as a gift to be delivered in such a state. I have chosen Amazon for years because of its reliability and high quality standards. Yet this experience is something so sloppy that I wouldn’t even expect it from a shady seller. How can the Amazon brand send a product to its customer in such a way—its box completely torn apart, contents stuffed into a grocery bag? Such irresponsibility tarnishes your brand and completely destroys customer satisfaction. When I pay for a product, especially when I buy it as a gift, I expect it to be delivered carefully, intact, and professionally down to the smallest detail. But what I received is shameful. This is not simply a “packaging mistake”; it is outright negligence, indifference, and blatant disrespect toward the customer. One really wonders: how can a company like Amazon make its customer go through such a terrible experience? To be frank, I feel deceived. The product I purchased as a gift has turned from something meaningful into an embarrassing mess for the recipient. This is the first time I’ve encountered an approach that disregards customer satisfaction to this extent. I demand that those responsible be identified and that the necessary actions be taken immediately. I also expect this fiasco to be properly compensated—otherwise, I will not hesitate to share this incident across every possible platform. So I ask you, Amazon: What kind of disgrace is this?
