Amazon Return Issues and Suspended Warranty

I purchased a product from Amazon that I want to return, but when I asked for a return code for Marketplace purchases, they said they couldn't provide one. They informed me that if the seller does not respond within two days, Amazon will process the return and make sure we are covered by the warranty. However, they have now sent me an email stating that the warranty has been suspended from A to Z. Finally, I trusted Amazon's quality when I purchased this product, and I urgently require a solution. I understand that there are some issues with returns for Marketplace purchases, but as a customer, I expect Amazon to take responsibility and provide a smooth and hassle-free return process. I've seen a lot of people online who have had similar problems, and it's annoying to feel like I'm not being treated fairly. I'm hoping Amazon will quickly correct this situation and restore my faith in their company.
