Amazon Renova Grand Royal Toilet Paper Defective Rolls Issue

I recently ordered two packs of Renova Grand Royal toilet paper on Amazon.de, which were delivered to me last week by PostNord. The package arrived yesterday, 27 April, and when I opened it I noticed that two of the rolls are defective. On these two rolls, the inner cardboard core is loose and falling out, and the height of the rolls is smaller than the others, so there is a clear height difference. I have taken photos that show the defect. As far as I can see, only these two rolls are affected, and this is the first time I have ever had an issue with Renova Grand Royal. I was advised to request a refund for the whole package, but I mainly want to report this quality issue so you are aware of it and can check your production and packaging processes. I would appreciate it if you could review this case, taking into account the photos I can provide, and ensure that similar defects do not occur in future products.
