Amazon Duplicate Charge For Order
I made an online purchase of a Moon Park pregnancy pillow on March 5th, 2026 from Amazon, and I was incorrectly charged twice for the same order. My bank statement shows that two separate payments of 54.11 were taken, even though I only placed one order and received only one product. Since I did not authorize a second payment and no refund has been issued automatically, I request that the duplicate charge be investigated and that one of the 54.11 payments be refunded to me as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and for confirmation to be provided once the refund has been processed.
