Amazon Refused Warranty Claim for Defective Adidas Shoes
In March 2025, I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes through the Amazon app. By November 2025, the shape of the shoes had deteriorated to the point that they were no longer wearable. I contacted Amazon customer service to send the product to the manufacturer for inspection under warranty, but they informed me that it was not possible since more than 30 days had passed after the purchase. The only reason I cannot send a legally covered product for warranty evaluation is because I bought it through Amazon. I intend to initiate legal action regarding this matter.
