Amazon Refused to Refund ₺1000 Price Drop and Asked Me to Order the Product Again
I bought something from Amazon.com for ₺6 999 just to see it dropped to ₺5 999 the very following day. Being a Prime member, I expected a reimbursement for the difference, but instead, I was advised to get another item and return the first one as though it were a new purchase. Given the product is big and I had already set it up, this seemed illogical and difficult. They were basically turning the work upon me instead of managing it effectively. Given Amazon's size and reputation, I expected far better customer service. This strategy does not reflect the kind of backing I would expect from a big, worldwide company.
