Amazon Refused to Refund Price Drops and Ignored My Feedback and Complaints
I have been facing several issues with Amazon recently, particularly with Amazon Turkey, which seems to lag far behind its counterparts in countries like Germany, the USA, and Italy in terms of service quality, feedback, and response times. For example, a product I bought for ₺6,600 dropped in price multiple times, eventually reaching ₺4,400, and I had to repurchase it each time to benefit from the lower price. Amazon Turkey doesn’t refund the price difference like in other countries, leaving customers to go through a lengthy return and repurchase process, causing unnecessary delays and inconveniences. Additionally, feedback from Turkish customers is not taken seriously, and complaints often go unanswered, unlike in other regions. Furthermore, I encountered an issue with purchasing a RAM product where the installment option was unavailable, while another model of the same product had installments. Customer service dismissed my concerns, attributing it to "complex laws," but the same product is eligible for installments on other platforms. These policies and practices make Amazon Turkey's service frustrating and far below the standards expected from a global brand.
