Amazon Sent Back My Defective Under Armour Shoes Claiming User Error
I requested a warranty repair for my Under Armour shoes purchased from Amazon.com.tr due to the outsole separating from the adhesive. However, Amazon.com.tr customer service informed me that they do not offer such a service and could only accept a return. I returned the item using the shipping code they provided, but they mistakenly linked the return to a thermos I had purchased previously. When I called customer service, they assured me this was not an issue and that I would receive my refund by February 20. However, no refund was issued. Upon calling again, a representative named K**** promised to resolve the issue between 14:00-16:00 on Friday, February 22, but did nothing, leaving me at a loss. Later, they claimed the item would be sent back to me due to "user error," even though the defect is clearly a manufacturing issue. I request a replacement for the defective product. I am starting to lose trust in Amazon.com.tr. Thank you. The management in Turkey has put Amazon in a difficult position here.
