When I called customer service, they assured me this was not an issue and that I would receive my refund by February 20. However, no refund was issued. Upon calling again, a representative named K**** promised to resolve the issue between 14:00-16:00 on Friday, February 22, but did nothing, leaving me at a loss. Later, they claimed the item would be sent back to me due to "user error," even though the defect is clearly a manufacturing issue. I request a replacement for the defective product.
