Dispute About Mental Impulse Withdrawal

On 16 October 2026 a card transaction for $59.75 appeared on my account under the description “Stp*V*lq.mentalimpulse Nicosia Cy Pos Authorisation”. I have never heard of this company before and I have not subscribed to or knowingly purchased any product or service from them. I do not have any account with this company, I have not given them permission to charge my card, and I do not know how to contact them to cancel anything that may have been set up in my name. I only became aware of them when this charge appeared on my card statement. I request that this transaction be treated as unauthorised, that it be fully cancelled, that any related subscription, membership or account possibly created in my name be terminated immediately, and that the $59.75 be refunded in full. I also ask for written confirmation that my card details will not be used for any future charges and, if necessary, that a new card be issued to prevent further unauthorised transactions.
