Wooden Star Withdrawals Stuck on Delivering – eSewa Payment Not Received

I am a user from Nepal and I play the mobile game Wooden Star, where withdrawals are made to eSewa using my phone number registered on my eSewa account. Despite having a high in‑game balance, I have not been able to receive my money. My withdrawals to eSewa stay in “Delivering” status for a long time and the money never arrives in my eSewa wallet. For example, I have pending withdrawals of 342,000 ₹ and 70,000 ₹ that are still not delivered, and my last withdrawal request was on 3 October. None of these amounts have been credited to my eSewa account even though the game shows them as being delivered or in process. I request that my withdrawals be completed and all the money shown in my Wooden Star game balance and pending orders be paid to my eSewa wallet linked to my phone number, or that I am clearly informed about the reason and my issue is resolved as soon as possible.
