Amazon Same Day Delivery Failed - No Call Received

I placed an order on Amazon on 18 April 2026 for a product and chose delivery for the same day. Despite this, the system later showed the delivery date as 20 April, and I did not receive the product as promised. Amazon claims that they called me, but I never received any phone call from them. I contacted Amazon customer service regarding this problem. They only apologized and did not offer any real solution or action to correct the situation. I find it unacceptable that the promised delivery date was not respected and that the information about them calling me does not reflect the truth. I request that Amazon provide a concrete and satisfactory solution for this order and the delivery problem I experienced, instead of just apologizing. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved in a way that does not cause me any further loss of time or inconvenience.
