Amazon Cannot Deliver Orders.The Pro On 11-July Has Still Not Arrived
The order I placed from Türkiye Amazon on June 11, 2024, has still not arrived and it is not clear when it will arrive. When I call the call center, I am given different information each time. The answers given are as follows: 1- There is a technical problem in the warehouse. It will be delivered as soon as possible 2- Cancel the order and order again 3- If this problem cannot be solved, do not wait in vain. We are thinking of you. 4- You have to wait, we have nothing to do. 5-We need to report it to the warehouse etc. 6. We need to open a record in the warehouse. I say open it. The answer comes from the warehouse 2 days later. Answer: "It has to wait. Even if it asks for a refund, initiate a refund." 7. The return option is as follows: The money will be refunded after a minimum of 10 days. In Amazon's cargo tracking, it says: "We will send you an e-mail when the estimated delivery date is determined." By the way, if I try to order the same product again now, the estimated delivery date appears to be 20 June 2024. So if I order today, it will be delivered tomorrow. But there is no information about the order I placed 10 days ago. Amazon's warehouse managers are probably making fun of us. Or he's playing with our minds.
This morning, I called the call center again, but I was still told that I needed to wait. So, I requested a cancellation of the order. However, this time they told me that they refunded an amount of 0 TL. They said they would investigate the issue.
